with kids (adult 'kids' too!) I offer an hourly rate for small parties or a per-balloon charge for carnivals/large

Hourly party rate: $35/half hour, $50/hour (with $25 each additional half hour.)
Per-balloon (carnival) charge:
$1 for basic sculptures, $2 for balloon hats.
